Job Description:

Support our Community by:

  • Greeting customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Scheduling appointments and efficiently coordinating service with our skilled technicians.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing detailed and accurate repair estimates for customers.
  • Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle.
  • Educating customers about routine maintenance and proactive vehicle care.
  • Maintaining organized service records and processing invoices and payments accurately.

Support our Team by:

  • Improving sales of service, parts, and accessories
  • Building and maintaining knowledge of products and services via on-the-job training and team-building.
  • Collaborating closely with our technicians to ensure seamless operations in the shop.
  • Assisting with parts ordering and inventory management when necessary.
  • Performing opening and closing procedures as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Attributes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or technical training is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in continuing education.
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in computer software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Committed to delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team driven environment.
