You will support our Community by:
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles of all makes and models to the highest standards.
- Performing inspections and properly communicating and documenting recommendations and repairs.
- Completing all assigned work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adhering to the Fuerst Automotive mission of being Honest and Transparent in all that we do.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and development.
You will support our Team by:
- Collaborating closely with other technicians to ensure seamless operations in the shop.
- Demonstrating effective communication with Service Advisors to accomplish work in the most efficient manner.
- Maintaining service equipment and shop tools.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace at all times.
- Performing opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Attributes:
- ASEs preferred, but not required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and participate in continuing education.
- Committed to delivering top-tier customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team driven environment.
