If your looking for a no nonsense, upfront, honest auto care use these guys. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and knows that customer care is number one. You will not find this kind of auto care at any chain stores or dealership. They give you a eval on the car and txt you the results, they follow up with a phone call and give you an honest opinions. After coming back from a very long drive to Florida and back, our family's only car was making some very funky noises. That grinding noise that screams "your brakes are bad!" with every stop. You know the type, I'm sure. Since it *is* our only car, we needed it fixed right away. Fuerst was able to take the car immediately when I brought it in and was more than willing to have someone drive me home. They called me exactly when they promised - confirming yes the brakes were caput - and fixed it the same day. I wasn't able to get there that evening so they offered to have someone come pick me up the next morning, which seemed like it would work perfectly. Low and behold, a surprise snowstorm hit that night, school was cancelled and I had no one who could watch my kids while they took me to get the car. So what did they do? They brought it to my driveway for me. I'm very impressed with the service I received and was happy they didn't try to tack on a bunch of other things that 'needed' to be done just because they could. I would highly recommend this auto shop for their professionalism and convenience. It was also a relief to not be talked down to as a woman bringing a car in to be fixed, as has often been the case elsewhere.

Fuerst Automotive was recommended to me, and my high expectations were exceeded. Family owned and operated, they inspect and care for your vehicle as if it were their own. While my truck was being worked on, I received a link via text message with photos of the work and detailed notes, including the name of the technician completing the work. My vehicle was returned to me in a timely fashion, running better than the day I bought it. The cost was more than reasonable. Days later, I received a personalized letter in the mail, signed by the owners, containing a coupon for my next visit. This kind of above and beyond service is hard to come by in today’s world. I’ll be taking my vehicles to Fuerst Automotive exclusively from now on.

I used to live in North Royalton. Now I live in Lodi and I still use Fuerst.

I haven't found anybody to replace them.

What a great experience. They were honest and showed me exactly what the issue was with my miss fire. Kinda saved my life as well because they discovered i had a tie rod that was ready to snap. i drive the freeway everyday a hour to and from work and my 2 year old daughter is with me so they really saved me!!!!!! Fixed a few other things that i wasn't there for but kept the cost EXTREMELY reasonable. Got my car back the next DAY!!!!!!!! FAST, REASONABLE and HONEST!!!! What more could a girl as for!!!!! After calling 3 different places and hearing that they cannot check the air pressure in my tires for me I started feeling very anxious. That light was on in my car and I knew I couldn't check it on my own. Amanda was awesome. She said come right in and she would take care of it, told me where to get in line and everything. They quickly checked all of my tires and found the one that was low. Then they checked it and found the reason and repaired it. The auto mechanics were awesome, friendly and calmed my nerves. Dropped my car off today for a smoke test due to an E-Check Light. Amanda was absolutely amazing and as someone who works with shops/dealers on the daily it was VERY refreshing to speak and work with a kind, honest, intelligent female in the auto industry. They were fast, communicative, and had great service. I did not complete my repair there due to just not having the finances at this point but I would have 100% had them fix my car if I did.
